I have heard allot about Outsystems but I haven’t had the chance to take a good hard look at it, or even try it. But according to all the fuzz about it, it must be something great.

And if you have an agile development platform, together with agile management tool and “change technology”, you have OutSystems All-in-one Agile Platform, which is an extraordinary product. Yes, a product… and you have to pay (a lot) for it. But it is worthy!

With this I mean that the methodology is important but you have to have the tools to actually have agile projects implemented, either Outystems Agile Platform or any other (with some imagination), but I totally agree that agile is the best aproach for small/medium projects. Specially if they are Web based!
